Context

Sense of Nature was a natural products company that relocated to Malta to transition from a Scandinavian local business into a global operation. The company needed to build the marketing, e-commerce, and international sales infrastructure to support that expansion.

Challenge

The company had no e-commerce platform, no digital marketing infrastructure, and no experience operating internationally. Everything had been built around Scandinavian retail distribution. There was no system for reaching customers in new markets, no online sales channel, and no collateral or processes to support an international sales team.

Approach

SEO

I built the company's organic search presence from zero. This was the primary reason I was hired and the foundation of the digital strategy. The work covered technical setup, content targeting product and category keywords, and establishing the site's authority in a space where the company had no prior online visibility.

E-commerce

I built and managed a multilingual e-commerce website, coordinating developers and designers to deliver a direct-to-consumer sales channel. This gave the company higher margins than retail distribution and removed its dependency on physical store placement for reaching international markets.

Demand Generation

Ran out-of-home and print advertising campaigns to build brand awareness and drive demand in target markets. These campaigns supported the sales team's efforts by generating inbound interest at the retail and distribution level.

Sales Enablement

Produced sales collateral, product one-pagers, and packaging materials to support the international business development team. The goal was to give the sales function the tools it needed to open new distribution channels and close retail partnerships in markets the company had never operated in.

His ability to find the best way of marketing the product through blogs, paid campaigns, social media marketing is fantastic and I can say that I have learned a great deal about how your product gets in the domain.
